is to see people’s faith transition from heart to hands. We believe being a Christian is not just something to be but something to do. We want to see people boldly and enthusiastically fulfill the kingdom purpose God has put on the inside of them and affect the world for The Kingdom.

Our Goal

is to serve as Lead Pastors in a church and a city that God would call us to. To be a part of a vibrant, healthy church where we can bring vision, life change, leadership, energy, and practical application of the gospel to a staff and a community of people. We want to serve, lead, equip, cast vision, build great relationships, and affect a region.

Our Dream

is to serve and lead a vibrant church that brings hope and life change to a people, a city, and a region that manifests into cultural transformation across racial, ethnic, and generational lines. To reproduce our DNA into other leaders and teams to affect national and global change.

What We’re Looking For

·      A church ideally located in a large or emerging city/metropolitan area.

·      A church where the Bible is believed to be the inerrant, infallible word of God, and is the authority in the house - A place that is Spirit empowered and Word centered.

·      A church that believes in and practices all the gifts of the Spirit with decency and order.  A place that is spiritual but not spooky - where things are done in a prepared environment.

·      A ministry model of singular headship and plurality of leadership, placing a value on unity in decisions.

·      A focus and value on family and relationships - A warm community of people who want to see life change, and actively do the work of the ministry in the church, in their homes, and in their sphere of influence.

·      A value on dynamic, relevant, enjoyable, practical preaching and discipleship based entirely on God’s Word and presented in inspirational, creative, authentic, thought-provoking and humorous ways.

·      A church that knows generation next is generation now - that empowers and equips the next generation with excellent, safe, and fun generational ministries that develop young people into world changers.

·      An exciting and engaging contemporary worship experience, with a dynamic, upbeat, and authentic contemporary worship style, with a focus on the presence of God and a commitment to utilize technology and creative arts to create engaging atmospheres of worship (Gateway Church, Hillsong, Israel Houghton, Elevation Worship, would serve as examples).

·      A church with a focus on evangelism and discipleship.

·      A church with a heart for specific discipleship opportunities to meet people at all stages of life through a leadership development pipeline. 

·      Excellent, modern facilities, or a commitment to quickly pursue to acquisition of them - whether buying or building.
